3. Applicants’ personal data shall be processed for the needs of job contract or a civil- law agreement provision in accordance with Art.6 of the Regulation Act 1, a&b on GDPR).
4. Applicants’ personal data shall not be shared with other recipients or third parties.
5. Applicants’ data shall be stored for the recruitment purposes, not longer than 6 months, unless in duly justified cases may be stored for longer.
6. In compliance with GDPR applicants are eligible to access to their data eligible to:
a) Access to their data and obtaining the copy of their data.
