It is used to assess the disorders that occur in our feet. They can take various forms such as: flat-and misshapen foot, hollow foot or clubfoot. There are tests on the foot arch, suport points, foot structure, joint manoeuvrability and defects in remote parts of the body that can affect correct functioning of the foot. The above tests (podoscope, podoscanner) are necessary to prescribe appropriate shoe insoles. Due to their thermoplastic quality, the insoles can be individually tailored to each patient’s needs. Even more precise effect can be achieved with corrective pelota inserts. The inserts are dedicated to children and young people with foot defects, active people suffering from the pain during activities or patients with hallux valgus.
